I paint images of angels, goddesses, nature spirits, and other divine beings as a way of bringing my relationship with them into form. I also use painting as a pathway to learn about them, to be in communication with them, and to further develop any connection that is already present.
There are many layers to my work. I often paint prayers, mantras, and other symbolic images into the first layers on the canvas while I listen to astrology courses, myths, and storytellers. Each piece of work holds the vibrations of devoted study and sincere prayer. This union of artistic expression and spiritual study has helped me to develop an ever-deepening relationship with my own faith and The Divine.
