Hi, I’m Ally.
I’m a professional astrologer, breathwork facilitator, Reiki practitioner, self-taught artist, and blog writer devoted to helping others reconnect with themselves through the language of the cosmos and the wisdom of the body.
I’ve been studying astrology for nearly 30 years, and from the very first time I saw my birth chart, I recognized it as my path. What began as a personal awakening has become a lifelong practice, one that now supports others in deepening self-understanding, navigating relationships, and aligning with their soul’s unfolding.
A holistic, integrative approach
My approach blends astrology, breathwork, Reiki, and intuitive guidance into a deeply integrative experience.
Each session is rooted in presence, compassion, and respect for your unique path. Whether we are exploring your birth chart or working with the breath, the intention is the same: to support meaningful, lasting transformation from within.
I believe healing and self-discovery are not about fixing what is broken, but about remembering what is already whole.

As an integrative breathwork facilitator with over two decades of experience in rebirthing and conscious breathing practices, I guide others back to the innate intelligence of the body.

Relationships are at the center of life.
My work in Relationship Astrology is deeply shaped by my lived experience as a wife and mother, where the themes of connection, communication, devotion, and growth are not abstract concepts but daily practices.
The rhythm of family life offers a continuous mirror for understanding the complexities of relational dynamics, emotional attunement, and the sacred lessons that unfold within close partnership and caregiving.
These experiences inform the way I read and work with charts, allowing me to meet clients with a grounded, embodied perspective that honors both the symbolic language of astrology and the real human experience it reflects.
In this way, my personal life and professional practice are in constant dialogue, each enriching and deepening the other.
THE PATH BEHIND THE PRACTICE
My Journey & Training
1998 · My Study of Astrology Begins
My journey with astrology began in 1998, though I spent many years studying quietly before sharing my work publicly. In 2018, I founded StarSong Reiki, where I began offering astrology coaching and spiritual guidance professionally.
2005 · Breathwork & Reiki
I began my breathwork journey in 2005 with Jessica Dibb of the Inspiration Community, where I stepped into a profound and ongoing relationship with the breath as a tool for healing, presence, and transformation.
Over the course of more than 20 years, I remained actively involved as a volunteer and breathwork apprentice, supporting community offerings and deepening my own experiential understanding of the practice through sustained service and study within the lineage of Jessica Dibb.
I also began my Reiki training in 2005. I hold multiple certifications in Reiki, though I consider myself a lifelong student on a path of continued study and inquiry. Over the years, I have worked with clients, taught Reiki classes, and continued to let the Reiki precepts guide both my personal life and professional practice.
2018 · StarSong® Reiki
In 2018, I founded StarSong Reiki, where I began offering astrology coaching and spiritual guidance professionally.
This marked an important transition from years of personal study and practice into sharing this work more fully with others.
2019 · Certified Professional Coach
I became a Certified Professional Coach in 2019 through iPEC Coaching.
This training deepened my ability to ask meaningful, empowering questions and support others in discovering their own answers. It was also a pivotal moment in my personal journey, helping me move through limiting beliefs and step fully into creating my own business.
2024 · Astrology University Graduate
I began the Professional Astrologer Diploma program with Astrology University in the Fall of 2019 and graduated in the Fall of 2024.
During my studies, I learned from some of the field’s most respected astrologers, including Kelly Surtees, Mark Jones, Demetra George, Jessica Murray, Darby Costello, and Tony Howard.
I also have the honor of serving as a Teaching Assistant with Astrology University, where I grade coursework, lead study groups, and collaborate with a dedicated team of colleagues to support students in deepening their understanding of astrological technique and interpretation.
This work is not separate from my life. It is shaped by my own healing, growth, and lived experience.
2025· Clarity Breathwork Training
I am currently training as a Clarity Breathwork practitioner, continuing to expand and refine my facilitation work through a trauma-informed, heart-centered approach to conscious connected breathing.
This ongoing training supports me in holding even more spacious, grounded containers for others to safely access the wisdom of their own breath, body, and inner awareness.
Across astrology, breathwork, Reiki, and coaching, I continue to approach this work as a lifelong practice of study, reflection, and deepening.
